As a private chef, he brings not only professionalism but also creativity and passion to every dish. From start to finish, the entire experience felt like dining in a high-end restaurant—only more personal and relaxed. The flavors were perfectly balanced, has an eye for beautiful presentations and chooses his products with care.
He is skilled in everything from pastry to charcuterie and an excellent baker.
Whether you’re hosting a dinner party, celebrating something special, or just want an incredible meal in the comfort of your home, I can’t recommend him enough. An absolute gem of a chef with a great personality.

Marco is a great chef and an even nicer guy. When we stayed in the resort in Norway where he was working, he cooked of us an amazing dinner with local sourced ingredients and he shared with us his culinary secrets with charm and profound knowledge.
