The flavors were perfectly balanced, has an eye for beautiful presentations and chooses his products with care.
He is skilled in everything from pastry to charcuterie and an excellent baker.

Marco is a great chef and an even nicer guy. When we stayed in the resort in Norway where he was working, he cooked of us an amazing dinner with local sourced ingredients and he shared with us his culinary secrets with charm and profound knowledge.
